What happens when my subscription expires?
When your GrowthMentor subscription expires or is cancelled, here's what happens:
Immediately after expiration:
- You lose the ability to book new sessions with mentors
- You can no longer browse mentor profiles or send messages
- Any pending session requests will be automatically cancelled
What you keep:
- Your account and profile remain intact — you can reactivate anytime
- Session history and notes are preserved
- Reviews you've written remain visible
Already scheduled sessions:
If you have sessions already confirmed before your subscription expires, those sessions will still take place as scheduled. You won't be charged anything extra for them.
Ready to come back? Simply log in and reactivate your subscription to pick up where you left off.
