How you earn it
One hundred reviews, one call at a time.
Reviews here can't be bought, traded, or automated. A member leaves one after a real call, when you actually helped. By the time your hundredth lands, you've given roughly fifty hours of your life to other people's hard decisions, for free. That's the entry fee, and that's why the trip exists.
Midas is the top of the mentor ladder. Your review count lives on your profile, so you always know how far out you are.
