You can permanently delete your GrowthMentor account at any time. Deletion is irreversible — once your account is removed, it cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account removes your mentee or mentor profile page, your billing information, all message history, your session history, and any other data or metadata associated with your account.

How to Delete Your Account

If you are signed in, you can delete your account yourself:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Scroll to the account deletion section.
  3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Can't Sign In?

If you signed up with Facebook or Google and can no longer access your account, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will delete your data on your behalf.
