Repricing my B2B SaaS from $29 to $79 and I'm terrified of churn. Anyone actually pulled off a 2-3x jump and lived to tell it?

Did exactly this at ScaleUp. Grandfather your existing accounts, ship the new price to new signups only, and watch trial→paid for 30 days. We lost ~4% and net revenue was up 60% in a quarter. Drop your tiers in here and I'll mark them up.

The channels people actually use.

No dead #general. A handful of channels that earn their place, and the kind of thing people post in each.

Give before you take.

Three norms run the place, and they're the whole reason people answer. Show up this way and you'll fit right in.

01

Give more than you take

Help someone before you ask for help yourself. People answer because someone answered them first. That's the entire engine.

02

Challenge the idea, not the person

Disagree out loud. A channel full of practitioners is only worth it for the pushback, so keep it sharp on the thinking and easy on the human.

03

Show your work

Bring the real landing page, the actual numbers, the messy draft. Specific questions get specific answers, vague ones get crickets.

Your people are already here.

It comes free with every membership. Join, say hi in #introductions, and you're in with everyone else, mentors included.
