Before
Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?
Blogs and emails to people I knew.
The Decision
What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?
The flexibility to connect with subject matter experts from across specialities and industries.
Inside the Platform
What's your favorite thing about GrowthMentor?
The ability to tap into the specific expertise that can help me overcome a challenge right away. I love being able to identify multiple experts, and how supportive and collaborative this community is.
What topics have you mostly discussed with mentors?
Mostly the big strategic questions for a seed-stage marketing function. Whether paid ads belonged in our growth model, our go-to-market strategy and where the gaps were, our positioning and messaging, and our approach to SEO and content. A lot of it fed straight into my quarterly planning.
The Breakthrough
Is there a specific session/mentor that stands out in your mind as super helpful?
Denny Hollick's insight into the underlying challenges I needed to address when I scheduled a session to discuss metrics was more transformative than I expected. Jahnavi Ray was another standout. She reviewed our go-to-market strategy and walked me through my ICP framework, and I couldn't believe how much we covered in half an hour.
The Transformation
How has GrowthMentor helped you?
More effective quarterly planning.
Gave me confidence in my vision and tools to communicate it effectively.
The Verdict
