How does GrowthMentor promote mentor profiles?
Once you are approved as a mentor, getting your profile in front of the right people is on us. Here is how we surface mentors across the platform.
AI matching puts you in front of the right mentees
Most members do not browse hundreds of profiles. They tell us what they are working on, and our AI matching connects them with the mentors best suited to help. The more sessions you run and the more reviews you earn, the more often you surface as a strong match. Good work compounds: it is the single biggest driver of your visibility on the platform.
Mentor stories and the blog
We publish mentor interviews and stories that put real expertise on display, and we weave mentor profiles into relevant articles across the blog. It is how a member reading about a problem you have solved ends up on your profile.
#IRL events
We run in-person and online events where mentors host sessions, lead discussions, and meet members face to face. Hosting is one of the fastest ways to build recognition and earn your first reviews. Top mentors who pass 100 reviews earn a spot on the Midas Trip, flown to Greece every September.
Social media
We share mentor work and shout out mentors across our social channels as much as we can:
Who can see your profile
Your mentor profile is public. People do not have to be logged in to find it or read it, which is what makes every channel above work. Only members can message you or book a session, so the visibility is wide while the booking stays inside the community.
The best promotion is the work itself
Under our Give First model, new mentors are free to book until they earn their first three reviews. That is by design: it gets you sessions early, and those sessions and reviews are what feed every channel above. Show up, help people, and the platform does the rest.
