I'm the co-founder of the growth consultancy M&M Consultants.
I am currently working on improving the SEA and SEO efficiency of M&M Consultants. Furthermore, I am implementing a report to track our progress and improvements.

I would tap into my network, spend a lot of time on youtube videos and read endless articles on LinkedIn.

What topics have you mostly discussed with mentors?
All the channels I'm trying to sharpen for the consultancy. A lot of Google Ads and SEA, plenty of SEO and link building, and the tracking side with Google Tag Manager and Analytics so I can actually measure what's working. I also had a few calls on conversion and on finding quick wins to bring in our first leads.
The Breakthrough
Is there a specific session/mentor that stands out in your mind as super helpful?
Overall all mentors took their time to understand our current situation and put a lot of thought into possible improvements and adjustments. Agata stood out to me as she has tremendous knowledge of SEO and strategies for small companies. Lynn gave us great insights into his experience with SEA strategies and where we could improve our campaigns.

The exchange with mentors with such different backgrounds and experiences is priceless. Every call with a mentor gives a new perspective on owns own business and how to grow further. I think I am just at the beginning as I haven't tapped into the full potential of GrowthMentor by engaging in the slack channels.
