The Work

Tell us about what you are currently working on.

My 12 years of sales experience turned into building and leading a customer success team today.

I am Head of Customer Success team at lempire with CSAT of 98% and I am very proud of it.

Before

Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?

Podcasts, networking, FB groups.

The Decision

What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?

I got a recommendation, since I needed a perspective of people with more experience.

Inside the Platform

What's your favorite thing about GrowthMentor?

I get to talk 1:1 to pretty much celebrities in my industry.

The other day I had a call with a gentleman that worked on a project for NASA.

I felt really privileged to just be in touch with some of these people, not to mention to get business advice from them.

With GrowthMentor I never question things anymore and answer myself, I get to brainstorm with geniuses for a price of a subscription.

What topics have you mostly discussed with mentors?

Pretty much all things customer success. Setting up our processes and structure from scratch, how to organise the department, NPS and CSAT, and even GAP selling. Mostly I wanted experienced people to pressure-test my decisions before I made them.

The Breakthrough

Is there a specific session/mentor that stands out in your mind as super helpful?

Oz Merchant really gave me some amazing pointers.

Since he has extensive experience in my branch, it was a crossroad to have someone like him working with me.

Valentina Ricupero gave me so many specific tips on setting up my processes that I filled three pages of notes. And Felix Schlenther was one of my best calls on here, he sent me notes before we even spoke and gave me whole processes and real examples for GAP selling.

The Transformation

How has GrowthMentor helped you?

I created a whole different vision for my team for next year and also revised my own decisions and choices in a much better way than how I usually do.

I started a couple of projects for my company I never thought of before.

I also separated my team info 3 teams, which works much better.

I got a habit of asking before pulling any moves now, which I never did in the past.

I learned to ask experienced people for their perspective, rethinking and brainstorming with myself a couple of times and then pulling a move.

It definitely brings better results then just tapping in dark.

The Verdict

What three adjectives would you use to describe GrowthMentor?

Beneficial
helpful
powerful
