A simple, yet powerful tool for developing business strategy

SWOT matrix is a planning tool, whereas TOWS matrix is an action tool.

Don't sweat the math: anyone can build their first model in an afternoon in Excel/GSheets. I'll give you my template, and show you how to measure the true ROI of your campaigns: no user data required.

You'll learn:

  • What are the steps in conducting a SWOT analysis?
  • For which situations is it appropriate to conduct a SWOT analysis?
  • How do you define a plan-of-action using the TOWS model?
