Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?

Before using GrowthMentor I was trying to build my own mastermind group of agency marketers by contacting professionals on LinkedIn to see if they were open for a chat.

I did this because online courses weren’t good enough. Even courses from CXL for example.

Tell us about what you are currently working on.

I am scaling-up a business intelligence agency with the founders, and I am in charge of the marketing.

At the moment we are repositioning our overall brand, drafting the narrative, building our employer brand, scaling the recruitment engine, building a new website and starting our community of data professionals.

As a growth marketeer, my role is to lead this whole process, deliver projects while hitting our growth targets.

What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?

I signed up because I saw that there were some really experienced marketers and founders on the platform. That was what I was looking for.

What’s your favorite thing about GrowthMentor?

While scaling our agency I have a lot of challenges I face for the first time.

GM gives me access to professionals that know all about those challenges.

Within a week or two a call is set-up and I have insights no online course can give me.

Is there a specific session/mentor that stands out in your mind as super helpful?

My last call with Sabina Novruzova was very helpful. I made lot’s of progress on my project after the call.

Based on things you’ve discussed in calls, do you have any results to tell us about?

For most of the calls I found out that we were on the right track and the mentors confirmed that our course was the right one.

On my last call I was stuck on the narrative of our employer brand.

After the call my perspective was turned around 180 degrees, I turned the whole thing around and made a lot of progress.

I think it saved me weeks of frustration.
