My interest areas are to enable business process by modern sales and marketing technology and to connect dots between marketing and sales activities and revenue generation. Marketo, Salesforce and spreadsheets are bread and butter to me. I’m also an online Japanese teacher and have taught and mentored more than 100 students to achieve their goal.

In your words, what does a growth mindset mean to you?

Build – Break – Fix – Repeat. Every day is full of learning opportunities to get better at what we’re doing.

Marketing Operations and automation.

Describe an out of the box solution to a complex problem that made you proud of yourself?

When my company only had the basic edition of tools but what we’re trying to achieve was beyond its capability, I thought I was challenged my limitation. I found a tiny code snipet and was able to impact the business process and the lead quality, I was proud of myself.
