About this talk

In this talk, I will cover an introduction to Growth-driven design, a brief history and the significance of a human-centered design approach to solving Growth problems.

While incremental and momentary wins via Growth hacking has its importance in experimentation, oftentimes the secret to sustained Growth is rooted in understanding customer motivation; get to know your customers, get the customers and be able to keep them.

I also share my learnings on building a design team for growth, hiring, coaching, and tips for leading growth-driven design.
