The Work
Tell us something about yourself and what you are currently working on.
I am bootstrapping a web design agency focused on striking the right balance between UX and creativity.
We work with product companies in sectors such as IoT and Biotech. Our services include branding, design systems, web design, and development. Over our six years in operation, we have developed dozens of SOPs, which we are gradually releasing to the community. Additionally, we are experimenting with generative AI, particularly for larger e-commerce businesses and more complex user purchases such as premium wine, men's fashion, health supplements, etc.
Before
Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?
Before discovering GrowthMentor, I have been working on LinkedIn and Upwork. I also built my own blog where I shared tutorials.
The Decision
What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?
I was recommended GrowthMentor by someone I trust. I tried it for a month without any expectations; however, I really enjoyed the onboarding sessions where a community representative showed me around, asked about my challenges, and suggested relevant mentors. I have never experienced that level of attention before, even in several other paid communities, some of which were much more expensive.

My favorite part about GrowthMentor is the experienced mentors and how the community works together.
What topics have you mostly discussed with mentors?
Skills in relevant disciplines/platforms and general startup mentoring.
The Breakthrough
Is there a specific session/mentor that stands out in your mind as super helpful?
Ross Boardman has also been a web designer and helped me understand some corporate nuances that I had been missing.
However, there have been many other great mentors who came prepared (knowing about my company). They asked several questions before the meeting, were fully engaged during our discussions, and had the authority and experience not only in the field but also to advise me in a way that was empowering, without imposing their own projections or interests.
The Transformation
How has GrowthMentor helped you?
I snagged a few new clients after just one meeting! Plus, I tackled some updates on my LinkedIn based on the advice I got, and my followers have doubled. I've also laid out a plan for breaking into a new industry.
GrowthMentor has been very helpful for me. It's opened doors to connect with incredible people I'd likely never have crossed paths with otherwise. Beyond that, it's given me a much clearer vision of my business direction.
