Tell us about what you are currently working on.

I am co-founder and CEO of Sellectra, mainly in charge of sales/partnerships/strategy and top-level client communication.

At Sellectra, we identify areas with potential for improvement, develop holistic sales and product strategies, optimize product portfolios, and implement effective Amazon Advertising campaigns to successfully position brands on Amazon and generate substantial added value.

Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?

We used external help like marketing/consulting agencies and/or tried to find solutions to our challenges internally.

What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?

My partner told me about GrowthMentor and I instantly loved the platform.

We are currently looking for external mentors/advisory that help us grow our business in multiple areas and guide us along the way with frequent input and new points of view.

We are in the process of scaling up our performance agency and need support in terms of building a team, motivating employees, defining the vision, growing marketing/expanding our client base, etc.
