Tell us something about yourself and what you are currently working on.
I am the CEO and founder of a pioneering hardware beauty tech startup named Acie. After two years of bootstrapping with a dedicated team of 12 engineers and scientists, we are now in the process of raising our Seed round.
Acie is revolutionizing the skincare industry with the world’s first AI-powered skin-sensing device for everyday use, boasting two U.S. patents. We like to think of it as the “Apple for Skincare.” Our innovative product includes a smart device paired with an app, both powered by advanced AI and bio-sensors. This allows users to take care of their skin anywhere, even from the comfort of their bed, while continuously monitoring their skin health on a daily basis.
Before you learned about GrowthMentor, how did you deal with the challenges you faced?
Before finding GrowthMentor, I used Google searches, asked ChatGPT, and watched YouTube videos. Also, I frequently turned to my network of advisors, whose expertise provided valuable insights and guidance whenever I faced a new challenge.
What ultimately compelled you to sign up for GrowthMentor?
I was offered an account on GrowthMentor by the accelerator backing my company. Once I started exploring, I realized it’s an amazing tool to learn from people with deep expertise in the challenges I’m dealing with.

What topics have you mostly discussed with mentors, and is there a specific session/mentor that stands out as super helpful?
I have had many discussions about fundraising and go-to-market strategies. The session with Jitesh Arora stands out the most! He’s incredibly supportive and resourceful. Jitesh helped me by making great introductions to several potential investors and followed up with me through messages. I really value the meeting with Jitesh and appreciate all the connections and advice he has provided.
Based on the things you’ve discussed in calls, do you have any results to tell us about?
After the meetings, I transformed my pitch deck and adopted new approaches to fundraising. These improvements have significantly enhanced my journey.
How has GrowthMentor helped you?
In the first couple of weeks, I met so many fellow founders who had successfully navigated the same challenges I’m facing.
