What is the Midas Trip and how do I qualify?
The Midas Trip is our way of saying thank you to the mentors who give the most. Every year we fly our Midas-ranked mentors out to Greece, on us, to spend a few days together in person. You can see what it's like on the Midas Trip page.
How to qualify
You qualify by reaching Midas rank, which you hit at 100 reviews. Midas is the top tier of the GrowthMentor rankings, so the path is simply doing great sessions and earning reviews. It's the same ladder that lets you set a rate at 3 reviews and charge above $100 at 10.
What to expect
Once you reach Midas, you're invited to the next trip. It runs once a year and we cover it. It's part reward, part reunion: time with the team and with the other mentors who've given the most to the community.
Bottom line: keep doing what you'd do anyway, help people and collect reviews. Hit 100 and Greece is on us. See the full Midas Trip page for what it's actually like.
