When do I pay for a session?
For paid mentor sessions, payment is captured at the time you book. We place a hold on the amount, and funds are released to the mentor once the session is confirmed as complete by both parties.
What if the session doesn't happen?
If the session is cancelled, declined, or marked as no-show before the mentor completes it, the hold is released and you aren't charged. If there's a dispute, our team reviews it and can issue a refund — see refunds.
