Unlimited Free Calls
Yes, it's really unlimited. Around 80% of our 750+ vetted mentors offer their time free, and members can book as many calls with free mentors as they want. There's no monthly cap, and no cap tied to your subscription tier. (Curious why so many give their time for free? We asked 35 of them.)
The 3-active rule
You can have 3 free calls active at any one time. "Active" means the session is requested, scheduled, or rescheduled. Once a call finishes and you leave a review, that slot opens up and you can book the next one. You can rinse and repeat for as long as you're a member.
This rule exists to keep the platform sustainable. Before we had a queue, a handful of mentees would book a pile of free calls in a week and then cancel half of them, disrespecting mentors' time and pushing them off the platform. See why the queue exists.
What a healthy cadence looks like
Most engaged members average about one call per week. The members who get the most value out of GrowthMentor are the ones who book intentionally: have a specific problem, pick the right mentor, come prepared. See average usage.
Need more than 3 at once?
The 3-active limit only applies to free mentors. If a mentor has set a rate (mentors may do this once they've earned 3 reviews), those paid sessions don't count toward the queue, so you can book them on top of your 3 active free calls.
