Can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's how refunds work at GrowthMentor.
During your free trial
Every Pro membership starts with a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card to start, but you aren't charged until day 8. If you cancel within those 7 days, you're never charged at all, so there's nothing to refund. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Membership refunds
If you've been charged and GrowthMentor isn't the right fit, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We'll work with you to find a solution, and if it still isn't right, we'll issue a full refund. For how billing and cancellation work, see how to cancel your subscription and the membership page.
Session refunds
Most mentors on GrowthMentor are free to book, so for those sessions there's no session fee involved. When a mentor does charge for a session, that payment goes directly to the mentor. If a paid mentor doesn't show up, or a significant technical issue prevents the session from happening, contact us and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request
- Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
