What to do when your call doesn’t actually happen

Once a scheduled session’s time is up, you can find the session in the ‘Needs Attention’ queue.

If the session did not take place click ‘No’.

You will be prompted to leave a message and admin will be notified right away and get in touch with you ASAP.

Definitely send a message asking the other party what is up and touch base with them.

If you had agreed to reschedule, but it was within the 24 hour scheduling window, please contact admin via live chat or [email protected]
