What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment processor. All subscription and session payments run through it.
Accepted cards
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Most international credit and debit cards supported by Stripe
What we don't accept
PayPal. Stripe is credit-card only. If you don't have a credit card, email [email protected] — we can sometimes sort something out case-by-case.
VAT and taxes
If you're based in the EU and don't have a registered VAT number, tax is added automatically based on your country's rate. Add your VAT number in the billing settings to apply reverse-charge where your country allows it.
Invoices and receipts
Every subscription payment generates an invoice you can download from Settings → Billing. Need extra information on the invoice (company name, address, tax ID)? Email [email protected] and we'll update it.
For paid mentor sessions, Stripe sends receipts directly. If you need a modified receipt, contact us.
