The Times Available filter shows you which mentors can take calls during the hours that actually work for you. It reads against your own time settings, so you don't have to do any timezone math.

Pick a time block (for example, 6:00 to 12:00 for mornings) and you'll only see mentors who are open to talk during that window, no matter where in the world they live.

Why it's based on availability, not location

It's tempting to filter by timezone instead, but that misses the point. A mentor who lives in your own city might be a night owl who only takes calls at 11pm, which is useless if you want to meet over coffee. Meanwhile a mentor in London might prefer doing their calls in the evening, which could line up perfectly with your morning.

Here's a concrete example. Say you're in Chicago and you want morning calls. You select the morning time block, and the results include mentors from all over: some local, some in Europe doing their evening sessions, some elsewhere. They all share one thing, which is that your morning is a time they're happy to talk. That's what makes them a fit for your schedule, not where they happen to sit on a map.

So filter by when you want to talk, and let the filter handle the rest.
