How do session recordings, takeaways, and notes work for mentors?
A lot of the value of a session lands after the call, when the member tries to act on what you talked about. Recordings and takeaways exist so none of that gets lost.
Recordings
Sessions can be recorded so the member can revisit the conversation later. Recording only happens with consent, so you're never recorded without knowing. If you'd rather not be recorded for a given call, that's yours to decide with the member.
Takeaways and notes
After a session, GrowthMentor can generate a set of takeaways: a short, structured summary of what was discussed and the next steps that came out of it. The member leaves with more than a memory, and you don't have to write up notes yourself.
Where to find them
Recordings and takeaways live in your dashboard alongside the session they belong to, so you can look back before a follow-up call.
Bottom line: recordings and takeaways are there to make your advice stick. They're consent-based, and they save you the admin of writing everything down.
