What do I do if someone is trying to get me to book off platform?
All sessions should be booked through GrowthMentor. If a mentee tries to route you to their personal calendar, their Calendly, or suggests booking off-platform to "skip the platform fee" or similar — politely redirect them to book through the system.

Why it matters
- Records. On-platform bookings have proper session records, reminders, and recordings if enabled.
- Accountability. Both parties agreed to the code of conduct and attendance policy when signing up.
- Reviews. Reviews only exist for on-platform sessions.
If a mentee persists or you suspect they're trying to avoid the platform, let our team know via live chat or email.
