Session Notes
Session notes are private, per-session notes you can jot down during or after a call. Only you can see them — the other party can't.
Where to find them
Session notes live on each session page, and a running list of all your notes is on the notes page. Clicking any note takes you back to the full session for context.
Notes vs. session chat
Notes are private; session chat (the right sidebar on a session page) is shared with the other party. Use notes for your own takeaways and reminders. Use session chat for things you need the other person to see.
Notes vs. AI summaries
Session notes are what you write. AI summaries are auto-generated transcripts and takeaways from recorded sessions, shared with both parties. They complement each other — notes are your personal reflections, AI summaries are the session record.
