How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your GrowthMentor account, here's how:
Before deleting:
- Make sure you don't have any upcoming sessions. Cancel or complete them first.
- Download any session notes or data you want to keep.
- Cancel your subscription if you haven't already.
To request account deletion:
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. Our team will process it within 5 business days.
What gets deleted:
- Your profile and all personal information
- Session history and notes
- Messages and communications
What remains:
- Reviews you've left for mentors (anonymized)
- Reviews mentors have left for you (anonymized)
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you just need a break, consider cancelling your subscription instead. Your account will be preserved and you can come back anytime.
