How do I change my email?

1 min read Updated recently

Update your email in Account Settings.

Verification

After you change the address, we send a verification email to the new address. Click the link in that email to confirm the change. Until it's verified, your old email stays as the primary address for log-ins and notifications.

Lost access to your old email

If you can't receive email at your old address and can't log in to change it, email [email protected] from the email you want to switch to. Include your account name and any detail that helps us verify it's you (original sign-up date, recent session with a mentor, subscription status).

Notification preferences

Changing your account email also moves all notifications to the new address. Adjust which notifications you get at notification settings.
