Leave the call with something to act on

Takeaways pull useful advice out of your recorded sessions. Keep what matters, skip the rest, and come back to it from your dashboard.

The session takeaways panel: one kept suggestion and two to review. Advice and session details are illustrative.

A good call can leave you with a new perspective and a few things you want to try. Then the next meeting starts, the week fills up, and remembering the details becomes another job.

Once the transcript of a recorded session is available, AI pulls out useful points from the conversation so you can open the session and revisit the advice without replaying the whole call.

Keep what matters to you

As you read through the suggestions, choose Keep for advice you want to return to and Skip to remove anything that isn’t useful from the list.

We chose those actions deliberately. A useful piece of advice might be something to try today, something to discuss with your team, or an idea to revisit later. Saving it shouldn’t turn it into an overdue task. There’s no completion checkbox to work through after every conversation.

Pick up the thread from your dashboard

Your dashboard brings together takeaways from recent sessions, grouped by mentor and date. You can keep or skip suggestions there, without opening each session separately.

That puts the advice somewhere you already return to. If you spoke with two mentors about the same challenge, their suggestions can sit alongside each other while you decide what to use. Once you’ve worked through the feed, a compact saved-insights link gives you a way back to the points you kept.

Save the advice with its context

Open Saved Insights to revisit the takeaways you’ve kept from recent sessions. The mentor’s name and session date stay attached, and each group links back to the session.

When a takeaway reminds you of a useful idea but you need more context, follow the session link back to the recording or transcript to revisit how you and your mentor talked it through.

AI gives you a starting point. Your judgment makes the takeaways useful: keep the advice that fits your situation, and choose when and how to act on it.
