Turn “I’m stuck” into your next three conversations
Talk through your challenge with AI to get a roadmap of three focused conversations, each with a recommended mentor and a topic to work through together.
You know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start. Maybe people are signing up for your product and disappearing. Maybe you’re hiring your first marketer, or managing a team for the first time. You could use another perspective, but even choosing what to ask feels like part of the problem.
We built Growth Roadmap to help with that moment. You describe what’s going on, answer three follow-up questions, and get a plan for three focused mentoring conversations. It helps you turn a broad concern into a specific next step, with someone to talk it through with.
Start with whatever you’re working through
You don’t need to know the right framework, pick a category, or arrive with a polished brief. Tell the AI what you’re trying to do and where you feel stuck. It asks three short follow-up questions to understand more about your situation and what you’ve already tried.
For example, “We’re getting signups, but hardly anyone pays” could lead to a question about where people drop off. Your answer might reveal that most never finish setting up their account. That gives the roadmap something more useful to work with than “help me grow.”
Three conversations, with a reason for each
Growth Roadmap uses that context to break your challenge into three focus areas and put them in a suggested order. It looks for a different mentor for each area, with an explanation of why that person is relevant to the conversation.
In our example, you might start by learning why trial users leave, then work on helping them reach their first useful result, then review the paid offer. The first conversation gives you evidence to bring to the second; the next helps you decide what to test.
Each recommendation includes questions you can ask and a prepared session topic. When you book, that topic is carried into the booking form, where you can edit it. You have a starting point for the call before you’ve even opened your calendar.
Pick up where you left off
Your roadmap is saved in Your roadmaps, and your dashboard helps you see what’s next. You can check which conversations you’ve booked, which you’ve completed, and which still need a place in your calendar.
After your first call, come back to the same plan and book the next one. The topics and mentor recommendations stay together, so you can revisit the thinking behind them as you work through the challenge.
A new challenge can have a new roadmap
This is for the founder finding their first customers, the marketer trying to improve conversion, or the new manager working out how to lead. You can use it for a decision you’re facing now, then return with a completely different challenge later.
Your previous roadmaps remain available to read. When your priorities change, build a fresh one around what matters to you next.
You can start with the problem on your mind and let the AI help you break it into three conversations. From there, your mentors bring their own experience and questions to help you work out what to do next.
