Tell us what would make GrowthMentor better
Request a feature, report a bug, or tell us which mentor expertise you couldn’t find. We read every submission.
If you’re working around a missing feature, dealing with a button that won’t behave or struggling to find the right expertise, there’s now a place inside GrowthMentor to tell us. Choose from four feedback types to get to the questions that fit.
Open Give feedback from your dashboard and choose a feature request, bug report, missing mentor expertise or general feedback. An example from your own experience is enough to get started, even if you haven’t worked out what the solution should look like.
Start with what you were trying to do
For a feature request, the first question is what you were trying to accomplish. There is an optional field for what would help, so you can describe the problem even if you do not have a solution.
If you could not find a mentor, tell us which expertise was missing. We use that feedback to inform recruitment. Mentors see a different prompt: what mentees are asking for that GrowthMentor does not offer.
Show us what happened
Bug reports give you space to explain what happened and add the page you were on. You can paste a screenshot, drag it into the form or choose an image file. That context helps when the problem is easier to show than describe.
Keep the conversation going
After sending, you see a confirmation with a copy of your submission. Your feedback goes to the team privately, and an email receipt gives you a thread to reply to if you remember another detail.
General feedback is there for anything that does not fit the other categories. The small frustrations count too.
