Sessions

Attendance Policy

1 min read Updated recently

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee and a mentor accepts it, it should start at the scheduled time and last for the agreed upon duration.

If either party cannot attend the session, they need to alert the other immediately and make rescheduling arrangements.

If it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the changes can be made in the system.

For issues that arise within 24 hours of the start time, we encourage the two parties involved to come to an agreement.

  • Agree on another time to meet
  • Agree that the session will not happen, and for a paid session, a refund can be issued
  • If you cannot come to an agreement, please contact [email protected] for dispute resolution.

If a mentee cannot attend a session that is scheduled to start within 24 hours, the mentor has the right to consider the session complete. It is at the mentor's discretion whether they would like to reschedule the session and agree upon another arrangement.
