I have extensively queried databases to generate insights for decision-making, prepare presentations and pitch decks, and build data visualizations for business and product analytics.
I have used Zapier, n8n and Jira automations to automate manual processes and build operational guardrails, including AI-assisted workflows, reducing repetitive tasks and operational costs.
I find marketplaces fascinating, and I have six years of experience working across three B2B and B2C marketplace businesses: Airbnb, Maykers, and Questo.
I have over eight years of experience in travel tech and destination marketing, including my experience at Airbnb, where I led the development of the Experiences business in Spain. I also hold an MSc in Tourism Development, which equipped me with an economic and governance perspective on managing destinations and tourism businesses.

• Mapped user flows and journeys, designed the tracking plan, and built product analytics from scratch in Looker Studio across multiple product areas: data, payments, sign-up, checkout, and search/navigate/decide. •Defined KPIs and collaborated with engineers and designers to write and develop user stories that improved business outcomes (e.g., raised mobile conversion rate by 12%). • Enhanced business profitability through deep analysis of the business model in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success — e.g., reallocated a $50K monthly budget from phone outreach to performance marketing, resulting in a 3× ROI increase.
• Redesigned and implemented the platform’s business strategy, achieving year-over-year 3x supply and 5x revenue growth while reducing costs by 18% and maintaining a 4.8/5 product rating. • Designed and executed growth experiments (pricing, discounts, PDP). • Managed content and CS teams, reporting to the CEO and COO.
