Trine Olivia H. Steinicke
Growth, GTM & Product Marketer | ex @Meta @Google @Wolt | Now building my own startup - I mentor founders doing the same
Bio
Hi, I'm Trine Olivia - 13+ years in growth, GTM and product marketing at Google, Meta, and Wolt (DoorDash), plus startups I helped build from zero, including scaling one to €3M ARR as CMO. At another, I drove 500% revenue growth in five months, laying the foundation for a business now past €126M. Right now I'm building my own startup. So I'm not mentoring from a corporate memory of how growth works. I'm running acquisition, positioning, funnels, and pricing on my own P&L, this week. When we talk, you get all three: big-company systems thinking, hypergrowth startup prioritization, and the reality of doing it alone with limited time and money. Where I'm most useful: ✅ Nobody's biting - we find the story that makes the right people care, and say it their words ✅ Doing ten things, none compounding - we pick the one move your stage needs and cut the rest ✅ Clicks but no customers - we walk your funnel like a user, find where it breaks, fix it ✅ No team, no budget - GTM playbooks built for one person and a laptop ✅ AI-native operating - how I run a whole business solo, alongside serious athletic training, and how you can too Growth today is noisy and expensive. If you want an outside brain to separate signal from noise and leave with clear next steps, book a call.
Expertise
Artificial intelligence
I run my startup as one person, positioning, funnels, content, and delivery - with AI in the loop by design. I'll show you the actual stack and workflows: what stays human, what goes to the machine, and how a solo founder now moves faster than a funded team. Not theory; this is how I work every day.
Building a team
Hiring shapes growth, and mishiring breaks it. I help you define must-have roles vs. nice-to-haves, spot real strengths over surface polish, and run interviews that surface culture fit and risk early. Drawn from leading teams at Google and Wolt and building from scratch since.
Demand generation
Demand gen is a system, not a spend. I help you qualify real demand, get CAC:LTV telling the truth, and build the few programs that compound instead of the many that leak. The focus: past vanity metrics, toward the levers that actually grow the business.
Go to market strategy
Launches fail from doing too much, not too little. I help you pick the wedge, one audience, one message, one channel - and build a launch plan sized to what you can actually run. Background across SaaS, marketplaces, and consumer apps; currently running my own GTM solo, on my own P&L.
Growth marketing
Growth is about focus, not doing more. I help you find the right move for your stage, cut what's not compounding, and build the repeatable system around what works. Experience scaling acquisition and conversion at startups and scale-ups, now stress-tested daily on my own business.
Product launches
A launch is momentum you either capture or waste. I guide you through the essentials - positioning that lands, the channels your users actually inhabit, and a plan one person or a small team can execute. Aligned product, marketing, and growth so the launch drives revenue, not just noise.
Product market fit
PMF isn't found, it's narrowed into. I help you find who's actually closest to paying, steal the message from your users' own words, and cut the segments and features that dilute the signal. Most "no PMF" problems are positioning problems - the fit exists, the story's pointed at the wrong people. I run this on my own product weekly.
Product marketing
Products don't win by luck - they win through clarity and distribution. I help you define what sets your product apart, who it's for, and the message that sticks, then shape pricing and GTM around it. 13+ years across Google, Meta, Wolt, and startups I helped build from zero.
Toolkit

Miro
7 years of experienceMy favorite tool for mapping user journeys, GTM playbooks, and positioning frameworks. It helps make complex growth systems visual, collaborative, and easy for teams to align on across marketing, product, and design.
Google Ads
10 years of experienceToday's Google Ads is an AI system across Search, YouTube, and PMax. I use it to capture and test intent at scale, then tie those signals to funnel performance - where real buying intent converts and where spend leaks. I'll help you read yours the same way.
Amplitude
5 years of experienceMy diagnostic tool for funnels, retention, and cohort behavior - where users drop, what drives adoption, which growth levers actually perform. If you bring your data to a session, this is the lens we'll read it through.

Claude
4 years of experienceThe tool I run my business on. Positioning, landing pages, funnels, session prep, analysis - built conversationally and shipped the same day. I'll show you my actual workflows: what stays human, what goes to the machine, and how one person now outpaces a small team.
Facebook
14 years of experienceMeta Ads is my entry point for reading traffic: creative signals, costs, click behavior. Alone it doesn't tell the full story; paired with analytics it shows exactly where traffic quality breaks and which funnel handoffs to fix. 14 years of reading these signals, including from inside Meta.
Looker
9 years of experienceI use Looker Studio to turn fragmented data into clear, visual insights. From funnel health to campaign efficiency, it helps surface the right story for execs, marketers, and product teams in one glance.

Notion
5 years of experienceMy operating system: GTM roadmaps, messaging libraries, testing logs, and the one-page living plan I run my business from. I'll show you the templates - documentation that makes growth repeatable instead of re-invented weekly.

Perplexity
3 years of experienceMy research layer: market and competitor scans, pricing benchmarks, sourcing what's actually true before strategy gets built on guesses. Cited answers instead of confident hallucinations - in sessions, it's how we pressure-test assumptions live instead of parking them for "later."
Industries
Consumer Applications
I've led GTM and feature launches for fitness and wellness apps with millions of users - most recently AI features on a 3M+ user product. Most of my work here is the unglamorous part: connecting acquisition, onboarding, and retention so installs actually turn into people who stay. I learned consumer growth inside Meta and Wolt.
SaaS
I've done product marketing and GTM in SaaS from early-stage to established platforms, including taking a B2B marketplace to €3M ARR as CMO. Usually the problem isn't the product - it's that nobody can say clearly who it's for, or the funnel leaks somewhere nobody's looked. That's the work I like most, and early-stage is where I'm most useful.
E-Commerce Platforms
I helped build the growth foundation at Loop Earplugs before it scaled internationally - acquisition, analytics, paid channels. Mostly: figuring out which ad spend actually turned into orders and which just looked good in a dashboard.
Consulting
I've worked with and around consultants and independent operators for years - and now I'm one myself. Designing offers, pricing, positioning, and getting clients without a team or budget. I run a solo business, so I know what's actually doable in a week - and what only works if you have five people.
