Bio

I am the Founder of Refound, where we help companies and organizations re-found themselves with AI at the core. Previously, I was the Head of Studio at Forum Ventures, a VC fund. We built 8 AI companies per year by rapidly validating concepts, talking to customers, creating prototypes, and bringing in founders to build with. Before that, I started Broca, an AI copywriting software, and worked with dozens of software startups to help them identify their best growth channels and scale up in a data-driven and systematic manner. I’m always interested in connecting with other entrepreneurs and founders. If you’re interesting in starting an AI company, or want advice on adding AI to your company, contact me.

Expertise

  • Advice on funding

  • Artificial intelligence

I run an AI consultancy and we work with some of the biggest companies in the world, like IKEA, to implement AI agents and systems in their operations.

  • Content marketing

I've worked with numerous SAAS companies on their content marketing strategy. Content was one of our main channels at Thinkific. I've also helped companies like Gorgias, Plato, Eden and others create content that attracts traffic and leads.

  • PPC strategies

I've helped companies like Typeform and Olark with their PPC strategies. If you need help with setting up a new campaign and ideas on how to structure a high-converting PPC funnel, contact me.

  • Product analytics

I believe that any analytics setup may be simple and easy to implement if you really understand what you want to measure and why. Start with asking some questions that can help you generate actionable insights. Then create a tracking plan that will include all metrics that you need to answer these questions. The final step is to make your team trust the data and actually use it. I will be happy to mentor you on how to build this system for your company.

  • Product launches

I’ve helped numerous startups with product launches. As a startup founder myself, I’m currently in the process of setting up our analytics and gearing towards a launch. If you’ve got a new startup or a new feature, I can help you plan a big launch.

  • SEO

I've worked with companies like Thinkific and Eden to build out their content and SEO strategies. In one instance I beat Neil Patel and achieved the coveted featured snippet on a high-value keyword. Contact me if you need help or suggestions with SEO.

Thinkific is an all-in-one software that allows you to create and sell courses online without any design or technical knowledge. I joined the company when it was at 7 people with a mandate to grow MRR. Over the next two years the company grew to 70 people and MRR grew 20X. Some of the strategies we used were - - Identify new marketing channels through testing - Scale channels by hiring for them and creating repeatable processes - Create partnerships with softwares and influencers - Create high-ranking content for our target keywords - Build an affiliate base to promote new content and features - Launch ads to help generate more awareness - Set up campaigns to convert free users into paid - Create an online summit to generate thousands of leads

  • LemonStand

    Marketing Manager

Marketing manager at LemonStand, an eCommerce platform for professional online retailers that do six figures or more in revenue every year. During my time at LemonStand, we grew the company 4X. Content and Inbound formed a large part of our growth strategy. In the eCommerce space, when competing against giants like Shopify, ads are extremely unprofitable and you need some creative strategies to compete. Some of the things I did were - - Conduct competitor research to create direction for out marketing - Create content to rank on Google for keywords based on LemonStand's strengths - Create an eBook (50 Shades of Growth) and partnered with experts in growth hacking to promote it and generate hundreds of leads on launch - Run partnerships and contests with complementary software

  • The Adventure Inc.

    Founder

The Adventure Inc is a booking and reservation platform for tours and activities in South America. We partner with the best tour operators to provide travelers with an online portal to book tours. The concept came about during the Startup Chile program and was a pivot from Treadalong, a social network for travellers. We met with select tour agencies in Chile to list their tours on our site. The site was then marketed to travellers where they could book the tour online. We would then pass the booking on to the tour agency and take a percentage of sales. Unfortunately we were unable to get follow-on funding and had to shut it down.

  • Treadalong

    Founder

Treadalong is a platform where people can share and discover travel experiences. I founded this company as part of the Startup Chile program. The initial idea was to build a map-based social network for travels. We built an MVP but didn't have a plan for monetization. Instead, we pivoted to creating a website for travellers to book tours - The Adventure Inc.
