Sean was incredibly direct, strategic, and practical. He didn’t just give me generic growth advice, he challenged some of my fundamental assumptions about pricing, profitability, hiring, and the kind of business I actually want to build. We explored how I could take my workshop business from roughly €6K to €30K per month without simply creating more work for myself. Sean helped me see that I may be undervaluing what we offer and encouraged me to test significantly higher prices, create stronger packages, focus on higher-value corporate clients, and build relationships through local business communities. What I particularly appreciated was that he connected the business model to my ideal lifestyle. We discussed whether I really want multiple physical locations and a large operational team, or whether a leaner, higher-margin model with trusted trainers, fewer but larger clients, and potentially consulting or software would suit me better. I left the session with concrete experiments to run, but also with much better questions about the company I’m building. Sean is honest, commercially sharp, and very good at identifying the real trade-offs behind a growth strategy. I would absolutely recommend speaking with him if you want someone who will challenge your thinking rather than simply validate it. Thanks a lot!!!

Sean quickly understood what I was trying to do/build and gave me pointed advice about my business model. More importantly, he helped me shift my own mindset by helping me realize that I was making assumptions about my clients, and therefore, limiting the business and its potential revenue. He gave me some clear things to think about and even some resources to look into that may be helpful in getting my business off the ground. I really appreciated my time with Sean.

Yossi Kastan

I had a very valuable session with Sean at a point where I was stuck and trying to regain clarity after a difficult few years professionally. Sean has a rare ability to zoom out and look at the whole picture, assets, risks, timing, identity, and lifestyle, not just tactics. He challenged some assumptions I was making (in a constructive way), particularly around selling my website, underutilising my email list, and chasing ideas that didn’t align with where I am right now. What I appreciated most was his honesty and depth. He didn’t push a formula, a trend, or a shiny new direction. Instead, he helped me think clearly about leverage, what I already have, and how to prioritise short-term income while keeping an eye on long-term positioning (including AI). If you’re rebuilding, pivoting, or questioning your next move, especially after setbacks, Sean is excellent to talk to.

Expertise

  • Advice on funding

I've fundraised $8.1M USD for clients (from angels and VCs) I've fundraised $900K for my own startup (from angels and VCs) I've angel invested 9 times, so I know what startup investors need to see. I have a very keen eye for detail and it's not just about having a pitch and deck, there's so much more every founder is missing that I'm able to show them.

  • Bootstrapping

Bootstrapped my event management to 5 figures annually, but this was in China many years ago and it was my first business), the social value was far greater. Bootstrapped my international trade company to 6 figures annually Bootstrapped my consulting firm to 8 figures within 2 years. Bootstrapped my tech startup until we raised (never had revenue before shutting down because of the way VC goes)

  • Building a team

Built an 18 person team for my tech startup: CTO, COO, Marketing Director, Product Manager, QA Manager, QA testers, backend developer, frontend developers Built a 10 person team for my consulting firm, which consisted of project managers, developers, designers, marketers Built a 20 person team for a private academy I was hired to be the HR Manager for (teachers/support staff) Built a 30 person team for my event management company Built a 15 person team for a dental practice

  • Design / UX

I used Figma to create the UI/UX for my startup's website, mobile apps, and web apps. Plus I have a degree in Psychology that helps inform me about how customers think and behave.

  • Go to market strategy

I have started several companies and successfully launched their services. I've also invested in companies I've helped launch, as well as advised companies on how to launch.

  • Mindset coaching

Too often I get a founder coming to me for advice about something, but the reality is there's something much deeper hiding behind that perceived problem that really needs to be solved first, and we have to go through that honestly, and naturally out of that comes the right answer for everything they're suffering through.

  • No-code

I've been vibecoding for over 3 months and I've already built several apps (ShopiReport which makes reports about financial gaps for Shopify brands, ToDoddle which is a special to do list system, and Spendomi which does expense management for 7+ figure brands).
