With more than $6 million in ad spend, I've managed to reach the goals (sometimes not very reasonable) in every scenario. Now I feel ready to share my secrets which are sometimes common sense, but often very data-driven and tricky to find. Unlike most of consultants I like to base my ideas on what should be done and can be done. Growth ideas and approaches are crucial but understanding resourcing is what makes people predict the future and build teams with incredible results. I'm definitely not on the melancholic side of the personalities. I'm also a father of 2 little girls. Combine that with work in the agency in the "wrong" timezone for some clients and you'll get the challenge that made me a better human. Inside Ladder, we worked on our own reporting product and after that transitioned everything on to GDS. I worked on the most complex reports and spent hundreds of hours on some of them. This is a phenomenal tool that, when setup properly, can provide live insights with little upkeep.

I used Supermetrics briefly as a replacement for Funnel.io on some platforms that couldn't be tied through it. Usually I find Funnel.io more useful but I'm able to make a setup with any kind of business and sync with GDS or custom reports.
