Anzenna.ai is a B2B agentless SaaS platform for security teams. Worked directly with founders, PM, sales lead and engineers to design an evolving MVP, rapidly adapting the product for customer demos and POCs as requirements changed with each prospect. As the lead designer in a small founding team without a dedicated product manager, I helped define product priorities, scope features, translate customer requirements into workflows, and collaborate with engineers from concept through delivery. I designed both the security team platform and the sales demo experience, helping secure the company's first three enterprise POCs. My designs made it easy for customers to navigate through huge data sets and sift through the noise easily, and helped secure the first three POCs with large enterprises (1000+ employees) and multiple POCs.

Innovate Labs is a USA government grant-funded organization that builds open-source public interest tools to keep the internet open and decentralized. Its flagship product is called Lantern. I led the UX across all its platforms and oversaw its growth to 114% of users. I worked across all phases of the project—gathering insights from quantitative research and translating those into innovative solutions to improve engagement and revenue - using a mix of data analysis, surveys and interviews with users and internet activists and worked in tandem with engineers to ship features.

A short stint with the online bus booking portal where I was responsible for bus ticket bookings on the mobile website across geographies. So far my work has encompassed redesigning the funnel to improve ticket booking conversion rate; increasing insurance attachment rate per ticket; and designing for last minute boarding issues.
