  • We Are Boosters

    Founder
    •weareboosters.com

I built my career developing and selling influencer programs featuring some of the most popular YouTube stars in the world. Then, I got an opportunity to sit on the other side of the table, and discovered what it’s like to be on the receiving end of hundreds of inquiries, meetings, and proposals from content & influencer companies in this space. Through these experiences, my vision for a consulting company was born. As an independent consultant, I help clients navigate the influencer industry by “plugging in” to their teams, offering full transparency, education, and access to my wide network of relationships. My team offers a variety of short and long term engagements, from designing influencer strategies, sourcing talent, full campaign management, and assistance with RFP negotiations. Due to evolving business needs and an increase in demand for freelance influencer marketing consultants, I scaled my business to become a community of influencer marketing experts, offering insight from years of experience in the trenches, relationships with talent and representation all over the world, and above all: genuine passion for dreaming up and facilitating impactful influencer programs. We offer custom solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.

    Digital Agencies
  • Studio71, LP

    Creative Strategist

In 2014 I landed in the digital space, starting as an Executive Assistant to Evan Weiss (EVP, Strategic Alliances). In that role, I learned a tremendous amount about selling and managing influencers. I quickly got promoted to Business Development Coordinator, where I wore multiple hats. On one side of the business, I facilitated relationships with corporate clients including NBCU, Annheuser Busch, and Estee Lauder for our team to present and sell channel building and optimization services. My day-to-day involved tracking and advancing each step of the sales process by identifying who to pitch to, preparing presentations, following up, integrating feedback into updated proposals, and maintaining contact. On the other side, I managed brand deals and consulted on creative opportunities for eight top tier YouTube influencers including Lucas Cruikshank, mega Los Angeles radio personality Big Boy, Chelsea Briggs of HollywireTV, and comedians Elliott Morgan and Steve Zaragoza. I also developed and produced content for Big Boy's YouTube channel, along with overseeing the content calendar across his entire online social media presence. During my last year at Studio71, I was promoted to Creative Strategist. In this role, I wrote and designed comprehensive content strategy presentations for new and existing business including creative ideas, audience insights rooted in data, competitor analysis, and pricing.

  • DnDnG

    Producer

During my spare time, I produced a short documentary called "DnDnG," about kids, gender roles, and Dungeons and Dragons. A few months after I posted the video on Vimeo & YouTube, it went a little viral. It was featured on Upworthy, Boing Boing, the Mary Sue, Christian Science Monitor, and more. http://www.upworthy.com/grown-ups-are-doing-a-terrible-job-at-gender-equality-can-some-tweenage-wizards-do-better http://boingboing.net/2014/08/14/documentary-proves-girls-will.html http://www.themarysue.com/dndng-tabletop-game-documentary/ http://www.csmonitor.com/The-Culture/Family/Modern-Parenthood/2014/0930/Dungeons-Dragons-and-girls-Video-shoots-down-gamer-stereotypes

  • "Seattle Road" Feature Film

    Production Coordinator

As I spent time trying to figure out what, if not TV Writing, I was going to pursue - a former colleague hired me as his replacement on an independent feature film called "Seattle Road." I hadn't worked on an indie yet, so this was a new and exciting challenge. I learned how to obtain location permits and clear branded products for use on-screen. I also oversaw production staff and handled/organized all cast and crew start paperwork, accounting, and payroll (for over 100 people).

  • Disney ABC Television Group/Nickelodeon/CBS Films

    Office/Writers PA

With the goal of becoming a TV Writer, I got my first "real" PA job on the meta-titled CBS Film, "Get a Job." At CBS Radford, I learned the ropes of script/paperwork distribution, office management, and of course, running around town to deliver anything that needed to be distributed. Once "Get a Job" wrapped, I moved on to become an Office PA for the Disney XD show, "Pair of Kings." As the show was already in its third season, the crew worked like a well-oiled machine. I learned everything about how a multi-cam sitcom runs: scheduling, staffing, coordinating logistics for read throughs, shoot days, and audience shows. I also handled weekly grocery and equipment runs. I stayed with my Disney team on the Nickelodeon pilot, "Instant Mom," followed closely by multiple Disney pilots. Once pilot season came to a close, I was hired as a Writer's PA on Season 2 of "Dog with a Blog" on the Disney Channel. Along with the standard PA tasks of copying/distributing scripts and office management, I started getting some exposure to the writer's room in this role. I learned a lot about the career during this time, and while the writers/producers, crew, and production team were wonderful, helpful, and kind, I realized that this was not the path for me.

  • MRB Productions

    Office PA/Development Assistant

At MRB, I assisted the development team with research, covering scripts, and editing pitches/treatments. I also managed the purchase database for the accounting department.

  • butv10

    General Manager, Producer, Writer, Director

At BU, my friend and I created, produced, wrote, and directed seven episodes of "Co-Ed," an original sitcom starring seven BU students. We coordinated schedules for the shoots, secured locations, and managed crew. The show was broadcast on local TV to over 30,000 students and has garnered over 300K views online. When we graduated, we selected producers to take the show over, and students have continued to produce episodes since 2011. In 2010, I was elected General Manager of the student-run TV station. In that extracurricular role, I managed over 100 student employees and oversaw production on 12 active projects. I also developed and launched three new shows to the station during my year there, two of which are still in active production.
