    Let me tell you a secret: focused, ongoing CRO is one of SaaS' secret weapons, because small improvements compound over time to yield substantial incremental revenue and user growth over time.   • Idea validation

    It's difficult to decide whether or not to go all-in on that product idea that's been keeping you awake at night. The good news is, there are many tried-and-true techniques you can employ to increase your certainty and confidence, regardless of whether you decide to march forward, or shelve that idea for another day. Either way, let me share some of the tactics I've found indispensable for validating over 10 SaaS products prior to committing to build them.

  • No-code

    I'm a certified Bubble app developer (via AirDev.co), and have extensive experience in using no-code tools to bring cool ideas to life. You'd be surprised at the complexity of applications that can be built with these tools, as well as the timelines - sometimes in as little as 2-3 weeks! :)

  • Pricing strategy

    Here's a mindblowing fact: the vast majority of SaaS founders spend less than 2 hours figuring out what to charge for their product, but a good pricing strategy can be up to twice as efficient as improving your customer retention, and **4X as efficient as increasing your customer acquisition**. I've launched 10 SaaS products in the past, and learned a few things about pricing for growth, so let's chat, and I'll tell you a couple stories :)

  • Product analytics

    In a world where you can measure literally anything about your product, the most valuable question you can be asking yourself is "Which are the metrics that truly matter?". I've implemented and used analytics tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Intercom, and Google Analytics to surface up meaningful growth insights for a variety of SaaS products, so let's chat about your business goals, and how you can pick the right metrics with which to optimize your efforts.

  • Product management

    I've been in product management for 12 years, and led the world-class design & development teams that have concepted, built and launched over a dozen B2C, B2B, and enterprise SaaS and mobile products across categories like marketing automation, HR Tech, Healthcare, Insurtech and more. In total, they've been used by over 450,000 people and companies — including Filament (acq. by ShareThis), Voalte (acq. by Hillrom for ~$200m), and GloveBox (raised a $5.5m Series A in July 2022).
