From hiring and structuring new departments to aligning people around shared goals (OKRs), I focus on creating high-performing, collaborative teams that stay motivated and connected—even in remote setups. I’ve managed teams of up to 12 direct reports and supported dozens more through leadership coaching, process design, and cultural alignment.

    ULTRA.VC is an early-stage impact-focused investor with an in-house accelerator. I joined ULTRA.VC as the first operational hire when it was still finding its footing. During my time there, I set up a 12-person team, made 30 investments (7 follow-ons), built a pipeline of 7,000+ startups, and built and executed 4 accelerator programs under our belt. Main achievement: - Built the full operational foundation from scratch: hiring frameworks, OKRs, planning cycles, fund admin, CRM, reporting. - Set up the infrastructure that gave the investment team space to focus on deals rather than logistics around deals and dealflow. - Set up Scouting, Analytics, Portfolio Growth and Marketing & Communication functions. - Developed our own Accelerator Programs Framework and the ecosystem of 150+ co-investors, mentors, experts and corporate partners to enable startup growth. - Held 4 accelerator programs & Demo Days and Investor Dinners. - I also spent a lot of time with portfolio founders on GTM, fundraising, and team structure.
