How I work: → Assessment & Selection (2-3 weeks, from €8,000): Inventory pilots, evaluate feasibility, identify blockers, recommend 1-2 use cases for production → Pilot to Production (8-12 weeks): Lead the cross-functional team through deployment, integration, and operational handover → Handover & Exit: Train internal teams, establish governance, leave 3-9 month engagements.
