Bio

I've spent 15 years leading go to market and revenue operations teams at companies like Salesforce, Meta and DocuSign, building the operating systems behind new revenue lines. I'm based in Berkeley, in the Bay Area. I mentor because most founders and operators don't fail on ideas. They fail on execution: unclear priorities, no cross-functional rhythm, and a GTM strategy that never becomes a scaled operating plan. Where I can make the biggest difference is helping smaller companies and startups work through the tougher stages of growth: how to turn unstructured, ambiguous questions about how you grow into clear operations and strategy to get there. That covers things like scaling and prioritization, setting up your foundational data model and a single source of truth for how you measure the business, what your CRM should look like and which tools you actually need. I also work on running the business: forecasting accurately and proactively, finding the right rhythm of business for your stage, and quarterly and annual planning, including how much you can realistically grow next year, what resources you need and what financial models support that. I've worked globally and with both traditional license based and consumption business models. I take a first principles approach. I'm not here to say "we did this at Salesforce, so it will work for you." There's a lot of experience to draw on from those companies, but it has to be tailored to your business, your users and your product. And any process I help you add should make you move faster, not slower, and reduce chaos and noise. If it creates extra work, there needs to be a very clear business impact. I'm also happy to be a sounding board. When you're operating in this much ambiguity, it helps to have someone challenge or support your ideas, share how it's played out elsewhere, and think through what data matters and what the pros, cons and risks of a decision are.

Expertise

  • Go to market strategy

I've led go to market teams at Salesforce, Meta and DocuSign. I don't believe in one size fits all GTM, so I start from first principles: understanding your business, your user and the product you're building. I draw on what worked at those companies, but tailor it to you, and focus on turning a GTM strategy into an operating plan that actually scales.

  • Revops

I've led revenue operations teams at Salesforce, Meta and DocuSign. I help companies set up their foundational data model and define a single source of truth for how they measure the business, decide what the CRM should look like, and build forecasting that is accurate and proactive. I've done this across license based and consumption business models.

  • Operations

I help founders find the right rhythm of business for their stage, set clear priorities and build cross-functional cadence. That includes quarterly and annual planning: how much you can grow next year, what resources you need and which financial models support it. My rule: any process should make you move faster and reduce noise, and only add work when the business impact is clear.

  • Artificial intelligence

I help teams think through where to deploy AI in sales, customer facing workflows and internal operations. It isn't out of the box. I look at how stable and how important a workflow is: anything tied to revenue or financial metrics needs more setup and maturity before automating, while lower stakes, repeatable tasks are great candidates to automate early.

  • Technology and tools

Once a company reaches a certain scale, the questions become: what tools do I use, what does the CRM look like, and what's the best practice for setting it all up? I help founders answer those based on their stage and how complex their go to market model is, so the stack supports a single source of truth rather than adding noise.
