\n\nIn our Terms of Service<\/a> you\u2019ll find this bit about accounts being for one person only : Subscriptions are to be associated to a single person and cannot be shared with others. Sharing GrowthMentor services with a non-registered person will result in a suspension of services.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best GM calls are those that have a pre-set focus that is shared in the session request and the mentor knows what they are signing up for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s important for the mentor to check out the member profile<\/a> and get a bit of background information about who they are about to speak with. If it’s a generic ‘Company X’ page, it doesn’t really tell the mentor much. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For accountability reasons sharing accounts is not allowed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s say that Veronica has an account and let\u2019s her co-worker Joe log in and book a call. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If she has the calendar sync set up, it\u2019s going to show up on Veronica\u2019s calendar not Joe’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veronica\u2019s email is going to get the direct message notifications, session reminders and prompts to leave a review, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this co-worker doesn\u2019t show up and the mentor is left waiting, who\u2019s fault is it? Veronica or Joe? Irregardless of who’s fault it was- the mentor still set time aside and was left hanging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m really not even sure I need to go on and explain this one \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was going to share a screen shot the chat from a recent debacle where this was the case, but it\u2019s so confusing because two people are writing at different times under the same account it\u2019s not even worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s messy. Don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you really want your team members to benefit from calls with mentors, have them sign up!\u00a0Put it on the company card<\/a>\u00a0and you can compare notes. You can get double the bang for your buck by both recording your calls and sharing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
