Required information to activate your mentor profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re on your profile for the first time and are hit with this message, then this article is probably going to be helpful for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s what you need to fully complete your mentor profile <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Profile Avatar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Upload a square<\/strong> profile photo (1:1 height:width ratio). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Basic Profile Settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Basic information, shouldn’t take more than a minute to fill in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

*Make sure your time zone is set to where you are <\/em>currently located<\/em><\/strong>.  All users see schedules based on their own timezone settings.  If you move or are traveling, make sure you set this accordingly.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Introduction information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Fill in all of these fields (the intro video and the social profiles are optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Resume<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Fill in the following fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only fields that are mandatory are the specialties and technical specialties fields where a minimum of 1 specialty is required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the more complete you fill out your profile, the better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Communication settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Choose what communication tools you want to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Set rate and session block times<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Choose what session duration times you want to be available for and also your hourly rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Availability and Calendar<\/strong> Sync<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Set what times you’d like to be available for and sync to your Google calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Connect your Stripe account<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Connect your Stripe account so that we send you money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*You DO NOT have to enter a credit card to become a mentor.  The top portion of this section is only if you also want to do sessions with other mentors and act as a mentee. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
